 This headset is unreliable and hard to hear
I have two of these headsets. I bought one and three months later the other person's ability to hear me was gone. I thought maybe I just bought a lemon. So I bought a second unit, same model number and 3 months later the exact same thing happened. The whole time it was difficult to hear while driving. My phone was all the way up and people were having trouble understanding me due to background noise. I would not recommend this headset to anyone. Cheap technology. I did call Motorola and their customer service was great. They agreed to take back both units and replace them with two more units. I have to receive the two new units, but honestly I won't even use them, I have no use for them.
 H700 Bluetooth headset
This is a good compact ear piece for the ladies. It fits comfortably around my ear. I recommend this headset.
 very handy, reliable and tiny headset
I purchased one of these items well over a year ago to use with a Motorola phone. It paired and worked perfectly. The feature of connecting/disconnecting when opening/closing hte mic boom is a great way to conserve battery life. It works very well with the voice-command functions of my phone, such as name dialing, etc. The headset is so small and light that I've occasionally forgotten to take it off when sitting down for a meal... a nerdy gaffe.
The sound quality is rather good for the user. For those on the other end of the call, it is acceptable in most circumstances, if not great. I don't know that any other Bluetooth headset will perform any better. Ambient noise, especially wind, can be somewhat problematic. I have not had much better performance with wired earpieces.
I had a system failure recently, where the headset and phone wouldn't connect, despite numerous charges and attempts to pair them. I was able to determine that it was the phone, not the headset, that had failed. I replaced the phone and the new one paired perfectly on the first try. In the course of this replacement, I bought a second H700 headset which, now that I have a working phone, is not needed. I'll gladly keep it in the event the first one gets lost.
