 Over all very good DVD
This is a very good DVD for beginning dancers. It is a great reinforcement to a studio class or a refresher for posture and moves. Jenna does a great job of explaining movement and then showing it a few time at different speeds.
I think this is a worthy purchase for anyone who wants/needs to practice at home; it is like having a private lesson to back up your group classes where it is sometimes hard to really see what your instructor is doing.

I bought this based on the reviews of others who bought this item, I was not disappointed. The routine was very hard, but it has greatly improved my technique, I found out I was doing a few things wrong. Jenna explained things clearly and I was able to do some of the moves I've been struggling with (darn, chest circles!)
Excelente DVD para intermedios
soy bellydancer nivel intermedio y este DVD me gusto mucho porque es una guia rapida de los pasos basicos y varias combinaciones con los mismos. La instructura es clara y facil de entender. Te enseña postura inicial, manos, brazos, hombros, torax, cadera, como caminar, luego lo combina todo y hay coreografia con movimientos de cada grupo (hombros, torax, cadera, etc...), al final hay una coreografia con todos los grupos juntos. Yo recomiendo que lo compren si tienen antes algunos conocimientos de bellydance, para las principiantes puede ser de utilidad si toman cada movimiento y lo practican muchas horas.
